Return and Refund Policy for imanimalaysia.com and all platforms of imani Malaysia (Shopee, Lazada, Warehouse):

We at imani Malaysia are committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our comprehensive Return and Refund Policy below.
2. Eligibility for Return and Refund:
a. Returns and refunds are ONLY allowed for products with manufacturing defects. Changes of mind or personal preferences are NOT valid reasons for return or refund.
b. To be eligible for a return, the defective item must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. Any reports received after this period will not be entertained.
c. Items that are eligible for a return must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
3. Non-Eligible Circumstances for Refund:
a. Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
- Changes of mind or personal preferences
- Deliberate damage or misuse of the product.
- Any alterations or modifications made to the product after purchase.
- Failure to report a manufacturing defect within the specified 7-day period upon receiving the item.
- Products returned without the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
- Items that are non-returnable by nature, such as breast pump items, and free gifts.
b. imani Malaysia reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above criteria or for any other valid reason determined at the discretion of our customer service team.
4. Reporting Defective Items:
a. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service at +601162323681 within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect. Any reports received after this period will not be entertained.
b. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, provide instructions for returning the defective item and facilitate a replacement or refund.
5. Return Shipping:
a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error/manufacturing defective item.
6. Inspection and Refund:
a. Once the defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your bank account within 7 working days.
7. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items:
a. Products without manufacturing defects, and free gifts are NOT eligible for return or refund.
8. Cancellations:
a. Orders cannot be canceled due to a change of mind once they are processed and shipped.
9. Refund Processing Time:
a. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
10. Admin Processing Fee:
a. For items that are eligible for a refund, a 15% or RM50 (breast pump) or RM85 (breast pump with negligence issue) admin processing fee will be applied to all returned items.
b. The admin processing fees help cover the costs associated with handling returns, processing refunds, and managing administrative tasks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

a. We encourage our customers to be environmentally conscious and think carefully before making a purchase. Please be aware that returning items involves additional resources such as labor, packaging, shipping, and other associated costs. a. Imani Malaysia reserves the right to make the final decision regarding refund approvals or rejections or determine the amount of the refund, based on the condition of the returned item and compliance with our Return and Refund Policy. Our decision is binding and final.
b. imani Malaysia reserves the right to approve or reject any item for a refund. Refunds may be declined if the returned item does not meet the specified eligibility criteria outlined in this policy.
c. Our customer service team will carefully inspect each returned item and assess its eligibility for a refund. In cases where a refund request is rejected, the customer will be provided with a clear explanation of the reasons for the decision.
d. imani Malaysia is committed to fair and consistent practices, but we retain the right to exercise discretion in exceptional cases.

By engaging in transactions with imani Malaysia, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if imani Malaysia has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from:
- The use or inability to use our products or services.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Statements or conduct of any third party on our platform.
- Any other matter relating to our products or services.
b. In no event shall imani Malaysia be liable for any amount exceeding the total value of the transaction giving rise to the claim.

d. imani Malaysia shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms and conditions where the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, labor disputes, or other industrial disturbances, electrical or power outages, utilities or other telecommunication failures, earthquake, storms, or other elements of nature, blockages, embargoes, riots, acts or orders of government, acts of terrorism, or war.
